One of the FUNNIEST things I’ve seen in a while! As some of you may know, I despise Michael Bay movies. He’s made Pearl Harbor, Armageddon, and the Transformers movies. This video accurately displays the raw energy that Bay brilliantly captures in every moment, of every movie he makes. Do you agree?
Did you like ‘BAND OF BROTHERS’? Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg shot another series in ‘THE PACIFIC’. Watch the trailer here. This will be AMAZING!!
I have a FEATURED YouTube video!! It was featured on YouTube’s homepage back in May, 2009 but I didn’t realize it.
It belongs to an older channel that I don’t check that often and the video was actually shot back in 2002. We were paddling over 100 miles of the Buffalo National River in Arkansas and one sunny afternoon we decided to make this video.
If you haven’t seen it yet, check it out. Funny, or not?
The Fantastic Mr. Fox - A new film by Wes Anderson

The first Wes Anderson film I saw was ‘The Royal Tenenbaums’. It haunted me. It still haunts me in a really great way. I fell into the Wes Anderson zone after watching it. I immediately got copies of ‘Rushmore’ and ‘Bottle Rocket’.

His films stay with me in ways that others don’t. The symmetrical framing, the use of diagrams and charts, the casting, the humour - all his films have similar story telling techniques that I find totally unique and addicting.

His movies feel like they were made by a child. I really smart and ingeniously funny child. Who has lots of money and friends to help make movies. In a way, that’s sort of what happened with ‘Bottle Rocket’.

Simply put, I think Wes is almost perfectly tuned into the memories and feelings of his childhood. He uses sentimentality like it’s a vice that holds you and doesn’t let go. Story books were certainly not absent in Anderson’s upbringing. Thank the Lord for that.
